This website is operated by Lee Wolfe

  1. General use

This website is for browsing, learning about my work, and purchasing artwork or services. You agree to use this site respectfully and not for any unlawful purpose.

  1. Artwork and availability 

All artwork is subject to availability.

I do my best to ensure images and descriptions are accurate, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

I reserve the right to update or remove artwork at any time.

  1. Pricing and payments

All prices are listed in [AUD] unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).

Orders will be confirmed once payment has been received.

  1. Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout (if applicable)

  • I will provide estimated shipping times, but delays can occur

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  1. Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork, I generally do not accept returns for change of mind. 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

  1. Commissions

If you commission a piece:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins

  • Timeframes & expectations will be discussed individually before the artwork is started

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  1. Intellectual Property

All artwork on this website is my original work and remains my intellectual property.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, prints, images, text, logos, branding elements, and other content displayed on this website are the sole property of Lee Wolfe and are protected under Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.OwnershipAll artworks featured on this site, including but not limited to original paintings, limited edition prints, digital artworks, and photographic representations of artworks, remain the intellectual property of Sara Winfield, even after purchase. Purchasing a physical artwork or print does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the image for commercial purposes.

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Copy, download, screenshot, save, reproduce or distribute any artwork or images from this website without clear written permission from Lee Wolfe

  • Use images of artworks without proper credit and permission.

  • Alter, manipulate, or create derivative works based on any artwork without prior consent.

  • Reproduce artworks for resale, licensing, or product development without a licensing agreement.

Personal Use

Buyers are very welcome to display their purchased artwork in their home and share images of their purchased pieces provided credit is given to Lee Wolfe of the artwork.

Licensing & Reproduction RequestsIf you are interested in licensing an image for use (e.g. for editorial, publication, collaboration, or public event), please contact Lee directly at lee@leewolfe.com.au to discuss terms and permissions.
